“Ordered my granddaughters 1st Father Christmas letter. Communicated when sent out for delivery. Unfortunately our letter hadn’t turned up after eating over 2 weeks so they kindly sent me a digital copy for me to print myself. Thank you so much for everything. Service was amazing and the letter absolutely perfect. Will definitely order again.”

“We have used Santa Latter Direct for many years and still as happy with it as in the beginning. We love that each year there are new designs and letter styles added so it can be a different letter each year. My daughter loves the personalised aspect that father Christmas knows so much about her”

“My little girl never received her letter from Santa and her nice list certificate. She is devastated that she hasn’t yet received a reply from him. And now thinks she’s on the naughty list. I’m appalled that this has happened. And I expect a refund back to my card. This isn’t acceptable. I have her letter every year off you and this has never happened. Until now.”
