“I have been getting Santa Letter Direct for the last five years for my grandsons. This is the first year My eldest grandson has truly understood the letters, and to see his face when reading letters to him was amazing when I read what he wanted and his friend's name. it's great to have them personalised.”

“Never received any of the letters we paid for. We are now 5 days away from Christmas when we scheduled way ahead for a December 13 delivery. He’s mentioned several times why he got a letter from Santa last year, but none this year.”

“I got this for my LO in case her free one didnt arive in time for Christmas and i happy i did. You have an assortment of different types of letters to personalise and when i signed up i also got a discount code, however its really inexpensive anyway. Letter quality is very good, cost is very good and delivery time very quick (3days) which I didn't expect. My LO absolutely loved it. I have recommended to anyone who has a young child/children.”

“I ordered 2 letters 1 for each of my daughters. One of the letters arrived on the date I requested the second letter I am still waiting for, the second letter is for my younger daughter who still believes in Santa and is now thinking she won’t get any presents either. She is so upset”
