“This is the second Christmas that I have purchased a letter for my daughter. Watching my daughter open her letter when it arrives is so emotional. She loves reading it to us. “The letters are beautiful, great choice of pictures and wording with the opportunity to add in achievements to make it really personal and special. I’ve ordered from this company for the last 8 years and will continue to do so. My son’s face this year when he got his letter and read it out was magical, he was so surprised by what Santa had written to him. These moments are priceless. Always the opportunity to buy extras too if you want to add a bit more magic. Best letters I’ve come across by far.”

“The AI letters are so easy to create and the kids love them, the only problem was that two letters came together and the other letter arrived two days later, which isn't ideal when all the kids want to open their letters together.”
