“The letter has not arrived. I ordered it at the beginning of November. I would like a refund please. So disappointed!”

“We do these letters every year, even now with my oldest being 12 years old. The new AI generated letter for him was amazing and really got across what we wanted to say. This was fab for an older child. My youngest is in the throws of believing and loved reading the letter to our family”
