“Good competitive prices for children’s toys. A bit confusing with regards to click and collect. Was turned away from the toy store and sent to dept store which contradicted receipt. Staff member on door didn’t know where collection point was. And when we found the correct till staff member didn’t know how to process click and collect. I imagine this is teething problems in current situation and would still recommend”

“We don't usually bother with reviews but we'd like to thank you for an excellent service far exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, there was damage to the lopper, there were two breaks in the plastic covering on it although the packaging was not broken. We've started to use it and it seems to work well, we're just hoping that it won't rust over time.”

“I ordered and paid for 2 games only to be emailed the next day to say one was out of stock, which was fine as I W as refunded promptly and the other game arrived within a couple of days. Good service.”

“Roys was an unexpected find, they were the only place with the coat I wanted in my size. After an initial issue with delivery address the store were quick to respond and resolve. Great little find!”

“Managed to find the coat I was looking for but couldn't find anywhere else. Website took my payment details but crashed first time round, so had to go through the process again, but once sorted, item was dispatched quickly and well packaged. Only issue was with DHL for delivery but that's a separate issue!”
