“My only criticism is that I wasn’t able to purchase two sets of cutlery, I can understand limiting compost or things like that, but cutlery sets!!!! I love the cutlery set but it’s only for four and it would be good to have more. The service was amazing and I got my order the following day, a lovely surprise.”

“Ordered a mini greenhouse and a part was missing. I emailed with details and got a reply the following day. The part couldn’t be sent so I was refunded. The only reason I haven’t rated excellent is because box should have been checked before despatch. Can’t fault customer service”

“Excellent and very prompt service. My only disappointment was that I was unable to pay with Paypal and have the jigsaw delivered as a gift, though customer services kindly offered to cancel the order and reprocess it with a different payment method. The recipients of the jigsaw are delighted with it.”

“Excellent product delivered quickly but web site would not let me order 2 to save on delivery cost. As delivery charge is based on weight it would be same cost for 2 so not ordering 2 separately.”
