“Excellent website, ordering was easy and the price was reasonable. My order was quickly prepared for dispatch and I was kept informed. The only problem was DX took three days to deliver. I recommend Roy’s.”

“No problem with the item I ordered but your delivery partner DX gave very poor service. I was told it would be delivered last Friday, it wasn’t, their tracking is non existent, it was updated at 6am on the Friday and then nothing. It finally arrived on Monday.”

“Roys had the product no one else seemed to have at a competitive price too. Unfortunately due to an internal transfer of items my order was over looked until I rang to query the delay. The young man that handled my call was as good as his word and I received my order two days later.”

“Easy parking (with payment credited back) and order ready for my collection. Price for product was very good. Help was given to load my heavy goods into the back of my car. I hadn’t realised the range of products in store and will take a wander round in the near future.”
