“I was really, really impressed by the shop staff, not only polite and efficiently helpful, but very kind - one found a chair for my husband to sit on while he waited for me. This was not a one off, I have always found them good. My only negative is that the WCs by the food hall let you down. Wobbly seats and cleaned by someone who doesn't get the brush around the u-bend properly leaving unpleasant deposits (ugh). If it were not for the toilets, it would definitely be a 5*.”

“All fine, but as I am not local, it would have been very helpful had the confirmation order given guidance about the collection point in the staff car park. The confirmation only said "Your items will be available to collect from the Customer Collections counter" whereas a heavy item (25Kg bags of salt) needed collection elsewhere.”

“Overall pleased with the company/customer service and purchase only gripe would be their choice of courier…DX -if you miss delivery or they choose not to leave on a Friday (we were actually in) then you can’t redeliver over weekend and have to wait till next working day. Apart from that all good and would use again”
