“The product I received was unfortunately broken - these things happen. Roys have refunded me with no qualms and I haven't even got to go to the inconvenience of returning it (which would probably cost the best part of the product price). A very sensible approach.”

“I purchased 16l kingsfisher pressure sprayer. It came in good package and quickly. I managed to assemble it with the instructions provided. It works fine and I am really pleased with it. Would recommend to others. Thank you.”

“Needed a microwave with a fast delivery, this arrived right next day, couldn’t be faster than that? Good delivery service and Roy’s customer reminder service informing the stock is back! Only thing was customer service seems to be paused during weekend.”

“My only criticism is that I wasn’t able to purchase two sets of cutlery, I can understand limiting compost or things like that, but cutlery sets!!!! I love the cutlery set but it’s only for four and it would be good to have more. The service was amazing and I got my order the following day, a lovely surprise.”

“Ordered a mini greenhouse and a part was missing. I emailed with details and got a reply the following day. The part couldn’t be sent so I was refunded. The only reason I haven’t rated excellent is because box should have been checked before despatch. Can’t fault customer service”
