“Price was very affordable. Wanted to purchase two identical items but couldn’t through the website. Online payment process via PayPal left me wondering if the order had completed properly.”

“Roys was an unexpected find, they were the only place with the coat I wanted in my size. After an initial issue with delivery address the store were quick to respond and resolve. Great little find!”

“Managed to find the coat I was looking for but couldn't find anywhere else. Website took my payment details but crashed first time round, so had to go through the process again, but once sorted, item was dispatched quickly and well packaged. Only issue was with DHL for delivery but that's a separate issue!”

“The product I received was unfortunately broken - these things happen. Roys have refunded me with no qualms and I haven't even got to go to the inconvenience of returning it (which would probably cost the best part of the product price). A very sensible approach.”

“I purchased 16l kingsfisher pressure sprayer. It came in good package and quickly. I managed to assemble it with the instructions provided. It works fine and I am really pleased with it. Would recommend to others. Thank you.”

“Needed a microwave with a fast delivery, this arrived right next day, couldn’t be faster than that? Good delivery service and Roy’s customer reminder service informing the stock is back! Only thing was customer service seems to be paused during weekend.”
