“I would give a good rating based on my first figure arriving damaged. This damage may not of happened first time if more care had been taken by both ROYS and the courier. However an excellent score goes to Vanessa at ROYS, who was truly excellent in dealing with the problem and sending me a second figure with much better packing.”

“I found exactly what I wanted online at a reasonable price and ordered by click and collect and the order was ready the next day. Staff were so helpful, polite and good humoured. Roy's also has a cafe area and there is a good choice of food and drinks also at a good price. The staff there are also friendly and helpful.”
