“I would give a good rating based on my first figure arriving damaged. This damage may not of happened first time if more care had been taken by both ROYS and the courier. However an excellent score goes to Vanessa at ROYS, who was truly excellent in dealing with the problem and sending me a second figure with much better packing.”
