“It is a lovely piece, however the packaging was dreadful, just a thin wrapping which meant that it came damaged. I was able to bend it back into shape, but it’s still not acceptable for what you pay.”

“What i like about Roys is that it’s a local business giving a good accessible service to an area with not much retail offer. It’s the first time we used their e-commerce and it was seamless, with plenty of options to collect the present for my daughter. I actively boycott Amazon and any business that doesn’t pay taxes so I’ll make a more conscious effort to buy from Roys from now on.”
