“What i like about Roys is that it’s a local business giving a good accessible service to an area with not much retail offer. It’s the first time we used their e-commerce and it was seamless, with plenty of options to collect the present for my daughter. I actively boycott Amazon and any business that doesn’t pay taxes so I’ll make a more conscious effort to buy from Roys from now on.”

“I was really, really impressed by the shop staff, not only polite and efficiently helpful, but very kind - one found a chair for my husband to sit on while he waited for me. This was not a one off, I have always found them good. My only negative is that the WCs by the food hall let you down. Wobbly seats and cleaned by someone who doesn't get the brush around the u-bend properly leaving unpleasant deposits (ugh). If it were not for the toilets, it would definitely be a 5*.”
