My parcel arrived open, the large chimp hand puppet had been shoved unwrapped into a plastic bag that was clearly too small for it.. I would have expected better considering postage cost.

Really good delivery time but both outer box and inner box punctured. Machine fine but measuring cup broken into pieces. Not worth complaining about!! But you should know .

Tried to return a product in store as I was in the area I thought it would be easier than posting. Was hard to persuade the in-store team to accept the return. Online it stated when item is posted all that is needed in package is a slip stating the order number. However when in the store suddenly my card information was required. Seems strange why sending it via post only requires an order number. Any how the situation was resolved in the end however i feel like the process could have gone a lot smoother. Also unusual that you have to email before posting the return.

Unfortunately I received the wrong dress. I returned the item at my expense and was told I would receive a refund for the postage as well as the dress. It would be great if you could issue a returns label to your customers.

We are regulars at Roy's in Wroxham and the customer service is normally great. However when we came in to pick up our purchase the lady at the till was quite rude and made us feel like we were an imposition, snapped that we'd have to wait whilst rolling her eyes and huffing. We were happy with the product though.

I always enjoy shopping at Roys, normally 5 star. This time ordered some items on line for colletion. Sadly the pick up experience was disapointing, having been sent from the front till in the main store to the customer service piont ( I was unaware) next to the food hall, only then to be sent to the rear till back in the main store. It was quite apparent that the assistant here was unaware of what a bin location on the system was. Guess the only benifit to me was the exercise too and fro across the road but wasted time waiting in 3 queues. More accurate pick up detail (where the item actually is in store) on the conformation email would be helpful.

I am very sorry that the first person you spoke to told you to go across to the food hall. I will pass your comments on to the store manager to ensure staff are reminded about the click and collect process. Excellent dispatch and delivery process. Disappointing packaging showing no respect for item purchased. No wrapping nor even a small bag, just shoved in the posting bag with no protection or message

My husband had to go and get my parcel with my phone and he had to wait for staff to check it had been paid for I thought everything was paid for on line so shouldn’t have to have been queryed

Placed order online. Did not get confirmation e mail or when it was ready to collect. Also tried ringing the store and was disconnected twice. Went to the store and by chance the item was there waiting for me . Luckily the staff in the toy department were very helpful.

A little disappointed because the rim of the casserole dish I ordered was dented so the lid didn't fit. But it was quick and easy to replace so hopefully the new one will be ok.

Hello, Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Unfortunately we have had an IT issue which has led to customer emails not being send including order confirmations and ready to collect emails. This has now been rectified and emails are being send as normal. I am glad to read the staff were helpful in store.

Purchased item and paid online, had email receipt , staff at counter although helpful would not at first release purchase . Quite embarrassing standing at till . Item was under counter awaiting collection but staff couldnt make a decision . Apparently the decison maker was not in ? Dont think ill order online again .. Hardwork ...
