“I love Roys and am a very frequent visitor. Naturally with lockdown visiting the department store is not an option so to be able to order online was a nice surprise. My item came in very good condition and very well packed but compared to other companies the delivery seems a bit pricey and took a long while to come. I realise Roys are not really set up for this method so am still pleased with my item. Thank you.”

“We discovered Roys while on holiday and we love it! Then to find a Christmas wreath online when I didn’t like any others was such a coincidence. The wreath is lovely albeit some of the greenery had broken off but still looks great on my front door.”

“Easy to order, quick process time & links to track delivery. I will say that the company that delivered wasn’t fantastic with their tracking system & delivery was delayed without follow up & the eventual delivery arrived way out of the 1 hour time slot provided. This, however, has nothing to do with Roy’s, but it might be something they could do with keeping an eye on. I realise times are difficult but this doesn’t prevent the tracking details being updated.”
