My only disappointment was that I was unable to pay with Paypal and have the jigsaw delivered as a gift, though customer services kindly offered to cancel the order and reprocess it with a different payment method. The recipients of the jigsaw are delighted with it.”

“Excellent product delivered quickly but web site would not let me order 2 to save on delivery cost. As delivery charge is based on weight it would be same cost for 2 so not ordering 2 separately.”

“Unfortunately during the Coronavirus crisis, I was sent the wrong version of a game I wanted, but the service was excellent. They did not have the version I wanted so refunded my money in full and told me to keep the item. They responded very promptly.”
