“All was good apart from when collecting a delivery it was not shown on my order that I could not claim my parking charge back. The staff did apologise and offered to refund my parking but I will have to pay in future. I don’t understand why as an online customer, I could not claim my parking charge. I spent £22.”

“Easy to order on line for collection from local store. Informed by email when ready to collect and collection was easy. However, there was a small error, not noticed until later but was rectified as soon as we returned to store. Overall l was satisfied with service”

“I purchased a pair of Rieker boots in January 2025. A competitive price (which qualified me for free postage!). An email confirming the purchase was received the following day (often, from other retailers, purchase confirmation is almost instant, so I did have some moments of doubt that there was a problem with my purchase). The delivery was made by a company called DX, and this was received in a reasonable time, albeit not delivered until 3 hours after the notified delvery window. The email confirming the purchase included a tracking button, but this was white, so effectively invisible. I spoke with the very helpful customer support lady who helped resolve this problem. The boots are great, they fit and are comfortsble so I am pleased with them. I would use Roys of Wroxham again.”
