“Unfortunately the pair of shoes ordered in were completely different shades of grey. The lady was very nice but tried to persuade us that it was a ‘nap’ issue. To be fair we were also offered a discount but as they were definitely odd we decided to leave them Cannot fault the actual customer service given by the members of staff”

“Great product and quick delivery. Disappointed with the packaging of the product. Shrink wrap and one layer of bubble wrap wasn't enough for a pair of shears. The point of the blades had broken through the packaging and the courier could easily have bent the blades or handles as the packaging didn't protect it. A box would have given better protection. Luckily product doesn't seem to have been damaged. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.”

“Good quality products at a good price. Although delivery was delayed, I received a prompt reply when I queried this and dispatch within a few days. This would encourage me to reuse Roys in future as long as I wasn’t reliant on the 2 working days delivery.”

“Click and Collect ought to have been easy for a friend who lives in Cringleford but there was some delay, whether by PayPal, MasterCard or Roy’s I’ve no idea. My friend arrived at the Lodden Road Garden Centre before my payment had been credited through the system. He says the staff were lovely and he was happy to go back a couple of days later.”
