I have just taken delivery of two roller towels as a replacement for two previous towels which were faulty. The replacement towels are also faulty!!!

Still not had my slow cooker.very unhappy ,no-one Answers the phone and got told it was going to be Redelivered today!! This is now a very late birthday Present.

Waited for over a week for in stock items to be dispatched and a further two days for delivery. When I eventually received my items the two brush heads were not the ones advertised in the picture which I had ordered. Very disappointed with Roy's of Wroxham, this was the first time I had dealt with Roy's and my last.

I ordered online to collect from North walsham, had an email to say order was ready, i stood at loading place 4 over half hour and after ringing 4 times for attention I had to go in the shop to get my soil, I thought it was going to be easier to order online but ended up wasting time. I was told no one is in warehouse anymore so why is there a bell to ring for attention? In the end it would have been quicker and easier just to go into shop. I was nit impressed at all.

I ordered an item over the holiday period "click & collect" after the holiday my car would not start and I couldn't get it fixed until after the 7 day "hold order conditions". I emailed to cancel my order and asked for confirmation of the cancellation and my refund. NO email confirming my cancellation and refund. VERY POOR customer service. I even tried ringing but recorded message said "Customer Service are working from home" then was immediately cut off. Rang store and was told "I'll try and put you though" then got a recorded message saying "Goodbye" and was cut off again. VERY POOR customer service. I still do not know if my order was cancelled and I have been refunded my money.

I found the online ordering service very poor.....and when someone went in to pick up my order there was confusion in the North Walsham store. I would not choose to order online again. I appreciate the help of Thom at Wroxham and Shannon in North Walsham who helped sort the order problems,

The store had no real system for on-line orders.I had my order number but the store doesn’t use the order numbers,They ask you what product you ordered and try and find it.They found my Lego but couldn’t find my name on the computer.Waited nearly 30 minutes for the deputy manager to come and sort this out .She didn’t speak to me ,In fact she ignored me ,the shop floor worker was left to apologise to me she was very nice but a bit simple like must of the staff in that store

Not received my order yet so cannot comment on product. Can comment on delivery as I ordered it at 9:50am 7 days ago and I have still not received it. On my order it states delivery will be two working days if it’s ordered before 11am. So I ordered it last Wednesday so should of had it on Friday. Still not had it and it is now Wednesday. But I received this request for feedback??

Have an issue with the delivery of my online order and have now stopped replying to emails and the phone team aren't available due to working from home. Not happy and won't be ordering again online

The cardboard packaging on the pans I received was ripped/broken and was sellotaped back together so when I opened the box it looked like I had purchased second hand goods. which they probably were, sent back by someone else. you wouldn't buy items like that from a shop. very disappointed to say the least

APPALING customer service. Goods not received & despite numerous emails ... not one response. I will be taking further action to recover the £40 I am now out of pocket. Shame on you Roys

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. As previously said in emails to you, DHL have not had any scans of your parcel since the 16th. We had opened a case regarding your parcel and yet still to hear their response. As requested we have refunded your order in the meantime and asked DHL to return the parcel to us if found.
