Re order #000063260. Lego sonic the hedgehog speed sphere challenge. Happy with the delivery time scale but not happy with the delivery packaging. The item was in a plastic pouch so the cardboard box was crushed on all sides. It is a Christmas present! ☹️

Disappointing first time experience buying online with you sent out shoes not checked so they weren't a matching pair had the hassel sending back paying for royal mail postage still not received payment for that

I've bought many weird fish stern jumpers over the years. All I can say is this one must be a reject from weird fish or a very bad copy.The sleeves are 3 inches too long compared to the ones I get from weird fish shop. It must have been made for a chimpanzee. Oh and the other Jersey, the shorling was the same

easy to order and collect, unfortunately the bag size was misleading online and they were not suitable for the job so purchased elsewhere.

Order took 7 days to arrive, by which time I was away for a few days. Although the door to my dry porch was unlocked, it was not left there. I was told it was left with a neighbour but no card was left so say who. I asked carrier where it was but got no reply. I eventually found it after 5 days of bad weather splattered with mud and hosting blood worms and stuffed by my green waste bin. Happily contents ok. Carrier was careless and unhelpful.

Click and collect is a poor service. Roys should inform customers that their order will not be available until a certain time, just stating next day is too vague. The phone number quoted in email was for the wrong building, not even the main department store.

I ordered a petrol strimmer it was an extremely good price for the exact strimmer I wanted so was pleased. I’ve shopped in Roy’s a few times while on holiday so I knew it was a name I could trust however after about 3 days I never heard anything about my order so confused I emailed only to be told that my order had been over looked and this wasn’t the service that should be expected disappointing is the word I would use to sum up my service. I have now received my strimmer it was well wrapped and I’m very happy with it however slightly disappointed with the service.

Waited 2 weeks. There was a tracking number, which DHL said it was never received by them. Gave Roys a call to see where it was, to be told they would investigate. Next day a refund. No call or apology. This was a christmas present, luckily managed to source from somewhere else. Unfortunately Will not buy from these again.

The time between placing the order and being advised it was available for collection was not acceptable, especially as the website advised the product was in stock.

Did a click and collect service from Roy’s at Bowthorpe might have just as well gone in and bought it off the shelf. Ordered item the evening before, got the email confirmation of purchase. By 6pm the next day still had not received any notification to go and collect so just went up there. Member of staff on the kiosk did not know what to do as item had not even been picked. The guy that came to “assist” was huffing and puffing but went off to get item. 20 minutes later he came back with said item, no apology and more huffing and went leaving the other guy to sort. The only reason I was given in the end was the usual click and collect person was on holiday. Good news though by the time I’d got home I had an email saying my item was ready to collect!! Diabolical service and attitude from the staff but great item! Won’t bother with click and collect again.

Ordered online and got my son-in-law to pick it up and you gave him the wrong item so not pleased I then had to go back to the store and sort it out!

Ordered 3 items all the same and all delivered incomplete, Difficult to establish to them the error nd still witing replacement parts to be despatched 5 days later

Delivery was late and I had to chase it. No bread ordered available. Reimbusement for non-available items was shortchanged and bag of carrots picked was poor quality. All sorted but not good service overall

I ordered an item because I thought it was in stock and would arrive in the next few days, turns out it wasn’t in stock, had to wait for it to arrive in the store before it was posted. Wouldn’t then amend the postal service to next day delivery to make up for the wait. I would of brought elsewhere if I knew the item wasn’t in stock.

I went to pick up the items and it took ages to find my order kept asking what I had ordered despite the fact it was on their system, very apologetic but not click and collect more click and eventually collect. Not impressed I won’t use this service again
