“Item exactly as advertised. Good reduction in price. The only reasons I haven't given 5 stars is that it took a while to arrive and the packaging was very flimsy. Plastic couriers bag with no tissue or any internal wrapping and the outer bag had split revealing the contents. Not damaged or soiled though but I would recommend a bigger bag and some tissue or similar.”

“Ordering from Roy’s was easy & parcel arrived quickly. Unfortunately the jacket had to be returned as colour not same as photo on website. Otherwise excellent.”

“Happy with the product but the website was having issues when I ordered and I kept receiving messages that I'd left an item in my basket. Ended up ordering and paying twice. Received an apology and was offered a refund at the Thetford store when I picked up my order - I decided to keep the additional soaps anyway. Happy with the delivery service to the Thetford store as the soaps were out of stock on Amazon - will remember to use Roys in future.”

“I had an issue with the ordering process on the website but after I contacted Customer Services it was resolved promptly. Items purchased were well-priced, delivery was without delay and items well packed. Seems that I'm unable to rate Roys but would give 4* taking into account the ordering issue.”

“I needed to buy a modest quantity of grass seed. I found boxes of a suitable size and grass type on Roys web site. Ordering and paying on line was very easy. I chose to click & collect my items. Very pleased with the purchase and collection arrangements. Only (minor) quibble was that the person at the till started to prepare for a card payment. But this was a genuine mistake, realised as soon as I said I had paid on line.”

“I cannot fault Roy’s for service given , it was A1 . Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the product , I was a little underwhelmed as it didn’t come up to expections , still Roy’s can not be blamed for this . It would not stop me though, from buying from Roy’s in the future . Kind Regards Michael”
