“Easy to use website, package arrived promptly and was well packed. The item was a White Stuff coat which was cheaper at Roys than anywhere else. Highly recommended.”

“Unfortunately your delivery company DX Express have not yet delivered the item I ordered. It was due to arrive 3 days ago. It is a birthday present so I’m quite concerned it will be delivered too late.”

“It is a lovely piece, however the packaging was dreadful, just a thin wrapping which meant that it came damaged. I was able to bend it back into shape, but it’s still not acceptable for what you pay.”

“What i like about Roys is that it’s a local business giving a good accessible service to an area with not much retail offer. It’s the first time we used their e-commerce and it was seamless, with plenty of options to collect the present for my daughter. I actively boycott Amazon and any business that doesn’t pay taxes so I’ll make a more conscious effort to buy from Roys from now on.”
