“I didn't receive the Brio World Railway set that I ordered. Roys of Wroxham sent me a plastic tunnel instead!. I was informed that it was a mistake on their website. They arranged a next day collection which didn't happen although I waited in all day. The item was collected 2 days later and I did receive a refund after another phone call.”
