“I ordered 2 boxes of wine glasses for click & collect. When I arrived to collect my order rather than 2 boxes of 6 wine glasses they had just 2 individual wine glasses. Apparently the website had been incorrectly set up, showing a box of 6 wine glasses and having that in the description but it should have been an individual glass! I have received a refund and the area manager promised to "see what he could do" as I needed them for a party but, over a week now and no contact. Not happy with Roys service on this occasion.”

“No problem with the item I ordered but your delivery partner DX gave very poor service. I was told it would be delivered last Friday, it wasn’t, their tracking is non existent, it was updated at 6am on the Friday and then nothing. It finally arrived on Monday.”
