“I ordered a Joules rain coat with free delivery. The coat came with the security tag attached. I then had to drive to a shop to get it removed. This surely negates the point of free delivery? Otherwise coat was fine.”

“Failed to deliver my item sent me a incorrect item collected the incorrect item the next day but couldn’t deliver my item the next day disgusting will never order from this company again not to mention still awaiting a refund a week later only just being processed!”

Hello, We’re verysorry for the confusion with your order and for the inconvenience this caused you. On this occasion, the incorrect item was sent from our warehouse during a particularly busy period, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We arranged for the incorrect item to be collected the following day. Unfortunately, the correct replacement item wasn’t immediately available at the packing location, which meant there would have been a short delay in getting it to you. This was explained at the time you chose to cancel. We can confirm your refund has now been processed and should be with you very soon. We’re very sorry again that your experience wasn’t as it should have been, and we appreciate your patience while we put things right.

“Bought Monarch salt for water filter. Pre-ordered 6 x 10kg and was quickly informed it was ready for collection. A very helpful member of staff brought the trolley to the car and helped me load it. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you Roys”

“Love Roy's.Apart from being an independent local store, which should be supported, it has a nostalgia about it. Plus you can always find the strange little thing you need which nobody else sells. I went in for a paddling pool and came out with a pool cover, paddling pool, honey, new hand towel and fresh eggs! Service is often great as well.”
