“I ordered one of the fab anniversary hoodies, but realised straight after that I’d ordered in the wrong colour. When I went in the store everyone was super helpful and they arranged to swap for the colour I did want there and then. Despite it being close to closing everyone was great and very helpful. I was impressed with the customer service! Thank you Roy’s, and make sure you give the staff an anniversary party! 🎉”
