Hello Terence, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that your order came through to us on Saturday 22nd at 11.38am and your ready to collect email was sent to you at 12.31pm on the same day. It's a shame you consider this to be very slow. We would love some feedback as to what you would expect to be a good amount of time for a turnaround of an order. We look forward to hearing from you. “Five star rating for this Kayak! My partner and I spent three hours on the river over the weekend and the kayak was brilliant and comfortable. Delivery was quick and setting the kayak easy. Only thing I would recommend is buying a better pump with a PSI indicator, although the one supplied does suit.”

“This was my first time shopping with you, I went to collect some paint as you were the closest and cheapest retailer of it. The DIY shop was lovely, I even picked up some things I never expected to get - however the till assistant was a bit off and abrupt. I’m sure it’s no fault of their own, I get people have off days, however when I asked if they needed my order number for a collection being told “that doesn’t help me at all, what’s your name?” and sighing when I asked for a bag was a bit unexpected. Overall though, the stock on offer and displays were lovely :)”
