“The 4 stars are mainly for service and delivery. While, price definitely has room for improvement as the product was listed on the manufacturers website for much less with the required size being unavailable.”

“Bought handbag for around £140 for the Mrs. Good delivered were acceptable but I would have thought for goods costing this much or more, would have been packaged in a box for best protection, as Couriers these days do not treat packages very well, as we all know. Happy with purchase anyway thank you”

“I was happy with my purchase just only one small thing spoiled it for me, you have free delivery on orders from £39.99 and more, but my purchase was £39.98 so for one penny I had to pay for delivery extra £4.99. Other than that I would like to recommend to shop at your company again. Nice choices of products and reasonable prices as well.”

“Exce apart from the delivery courier they used - DHL. They were horrendous - originally they advised on Thursday delivery, and subsequently moved back a day each revision and eventually got product the following Monday at 7pm. No reasons or anything.”

“Excellent price. Very pleased with customer service and I was able to return shoes that didn't fit. Had a problem with the website though in that it would let me order a new size when logged into my account so I missed out on my discount. Think the website is faulty.”

“A good selection of items on-line. Unfortunately, I placed my just as your system was hacked! However, when I contacted you to check on my order and the security issues you were helpful and reassuring. Collected the order from my local store. Very pleased with the shoes and service I received at each step. Thank you.”

“Staff was helpful and courteous. My order was not ready for collection, when I arrived. But staff was polite and sorted everything out quickly. It was a heavy order and staff also offered help to load it in my car.”
