“We recently purchased a Lazy-Spa from Roys, because it was a very competitive price. No additional delivery charge and took no-time to deliver. No complaints here. We'd buy from them again. The only let down was the delivery driver, who refused to move the item around to our garage (he mentioned something to do with his performance stats), as the box wouldn't fit via the front door. We had to unpack it to get it inside.”

“Ordered an item on line which was in stock and I could collect same day. Rang Roy’s Bowthorpe when item failed to materialise. Spoke to a very helpful member of staff who explained that the item was out of stock and the website could not be relied on. She arranged to order it from another branch. Very helpful staff let down by website not kept up to date on stock levels.”

“Bought handbag for around £140 for the Mrs. Good delivered were acceptable but I would have thought for goods costing this much or more, would have been packaged in a box for best protection, as Couriers these days do not treat packages very well, as we all know. Happy with purchase anyway thank you”

“I was happy with my purchase just only one small thing spoiled it for me, you have free delivery on orders from £39.99 and more, but my purchase was £39.98 so for one penny I had to pay for delivery extra £4.99. Other than that I would like to recommend to shop at your company again. Nice choices of products and reasonable prices as well.”

“Exce apart from the delivery courier they used - DHL. They were horrendous - originally they advised on Thursday delivery, and subsequently moved back a day each revision and eventually got product the following Monday at 7pm. No reasons or anything.”
