“I decided I wanted two more of the item I had ordered and was collecting. A staff member looked on the shop floor for me (without success) and two others checked the system to see if more were coming in or if another branch had them. All to no avail but the staff were very apologetic.”

“What excellent service I received from Roys of Wroxham! The online order was simple to do, I received regular updates about my order and the sandals were delivered very quickly. “I arranged to collect some water softener salt that I ordered on line. The staff were very helpful and asked if I would like to park in the delivery bay to load up as the salt blocks are heavy. A good price, so it made a journey to Thetford worthwhile. Will probably visit again. Thank you.”
