“Met with a very pleasant and helpful response when I phone to find out whether they had the item (Light Brown complete wood treatment) I wanted in stock as previously it had to be requested from another store. All was fine and I collected a couple of hours later...and it was cheaper at Roys!”

“Ordered items from the Garden centre in Wroxham via Click & Collect. Had an email confirmation that advised the items were ready to collect. Upon arrival at the store nobody could find the items and there were no more in stock. Roy's stock system said they had 7 in stock when I placed the order. Roys at Dereham showed 4 in stock but when I got there they had none. Wasted journey & fuel.”
