“I chose to click and collect my dab radio purchase from my local store. It was available to collect within the expected timescale with adequate notifications of progress with the order via email. The item was in good condition when I collected, which only took a few minutes within the store.”

“Bought a slow cooker from Roys and it arrived very well packaged unlike a previous order from Amazon which had to be returned. The cost of the Salter slow cooker was very competitive and very reasonable P&P costs also. I visited a Roys shop on a visit to Thetford last year and was confident I was dealing with a reputable dealer. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will consider Roys when choosing further online purchases”
