“I was visiting Leicester England and ordered a Joules top from Roys after coming across their website. It is a very easy process and I was really pleased with the customer service. I called and explained I was in England but returning to Canada this past Wednesday (I am home now) and asked if there was anyway the order could be shipped to the Leicester England address right away so I would get it before leaving to come back to Canada. The chap I spoke with was extremely helpful, he checked on his computer and said the top was across the street and he would personally go over and get it sent out asap. The top arrived in plenty of time - I was just thrilled. So, thank you and I will use your website again.”

“The glass dishes were extremely well wrapped to ensure no breakages. However the delivery service by DHL was very disappointing. It was delivered to the doorstep of the wrong address where no one was home, despite the email to me stating I had personally accepted the package! A more reliable & honest delivery service would be an asset. I would give Roy’s 5 stars but delivery 0 stars, Thus the 3star rating.”

“Really good service. I ordered the slow cooker and it was delivered within 2 days. You were the only outlet I could find that had a Morphy Richard’s in stock and I wanted to replace my existing slow cooker with the same. Thank you”

“Very good service and good price. Air fryer arrived in just a couple of days even though I live in East Sussex. Have shopped in Roys many times when on holiday but never before on-line. Will definitely check it out next time I shop on-line.”
