“Waited 2 weeks. There was a tracking number, which DHL said it was never received by them. Gave Roys a call to see where it was, to be told they would investigate. Next day a refund. No call or apology. This was a christmas present, luckily managed to source from somewhere else. Unfortunately Will not buy from these again.”

“I was happy with my purchase just only one small thing spoiled it for me, you have free delivery on orders from £39.99 and more, but my purchase was £39.98 so for one penny I had to pay for delivery extra £4.99. Other than that I would like to recommend to shop at your company again. Nice choices of products and reasonable prices as well.”

“I ordered a very competitively priced Radley bag and it arrived well packaged the next day (on the free standard delivery option). The bag was beautiful but much smaller than I envisaged (no fault of Roy’s) so I returned the item. The refund was dealt with promptly & customer services were very helpful. This was my first order with Roy’s and I will definitely use them again.”

“I bought a lovely blanket at Roys! It was 2x cheaper than on any other website so I was a bit wary. But it was a very high-quality blanket and it arrived promptly, nicely wrapped and with a lovely delivery note. I am impressed! I will purchase fro Roys again for sure.”

“Placed order online. Did not get confirmation e mail or when it was ready to collect. Also tried ringing the store and was disconnected twice. Went to the store and by chance the item was there waiting for me . Luckily the staff in the toy department were very helpful.”
