“I've received excellent service whenever ordering from and communicating with The Roof Box Company. All agents have been understanding, helpful and polite when I've needed to speak (entirely my fault, I ordered the wrong item, had to return it and request a replacement). Initial order was prompt, returns straightforward and replacement efficient. The Yakima tow-bar mounted bike carrier is robust and easy to use. I cannot fault this company and highly recommend it to anyone requiring cameraman, etc accessories.”

“Can't fault this company. The tow bar rack I bought had a minor issue with the lock. They collected the rack, repaired and returned it very quickly. Really good communications and fast reliable delivery. Highly recommended.”
