“Arrived later than initial order date provided at purchase but Roof Box did contact me to let me know. Also removed the express delivery charge due to the delay. Good customer service and will use again.”

“After acquiring a Kamei roof box from a family member I quickly realised I had no way to mount it to my roof bars as it had been used with aero bars previously, No problem! After a quick look on the Roof Box Company website I found the fittings required with ease. Order placed, order received on time. Happy holidays.”

“The bars are good quality but the fixings kit is shocking the trims look like they are for another car after several emails and pictures back and forth ref this was told I had fitted them wrong which they only fit one way then the final email was that's how they are and nothing can be done. "Shocking response"”

“Quick delivery from time of order. But my god, is it palaver to fit. Put this in here, that on there, don't tighten this until that is in place. Took two of us best part of an hour to fathom it out but got there in the end. Some of the bo,to are in the most awkward position. Whatever you you do, don't throw the instructions away or you could end up in whatsit creek without a paddle.”

“I recently visited the Manchester store for some advice on items I had previously bought online. Ben was most helpful and diplomatically pointed out my error in not following the instructions. Rather than sell me the lost parts he suggested I check at home and showed me what I would need to order online, which I did. As with previous orders ( roofbox, roofbars, cycle racks for roofbars. cycle rack with optional storage box) the order arrived in the time promised, well packed and in good order.”
