“We were desperate for a roof box having two dogs taking up room on the back seat of our car. We already had a roof rack so was a matter of looking at the instructions and getting the box to fit securely without locking the key in the box! After minor changes we got the box to fit and our first trip on holiday with the box commenced with no hiccups. Surprised how much you could fit in the box!”

“Poor customer service. I have used roofbox many times over the years without issue. The latest set of roof bars were missing the foot plate which happens sometimes when ordering things. Customer service initially refused to believe that the part was missing eventually agreeing to “on this occasion we will supply a replacement” . I won’t be using roofbox again in case there are missing parts and they refuse to replace them.”
