“The Roof Box Company supplied my Kamei Corvara roof box in 2010. It was still in excellent condition in 2025, but the gas struts had failed so it could not be sold in that condition. The Roof Box Company supplied correct new gas strut assemblies and I duly sold it for half the purchase price, which is a good result after 15 years!”

“I contacted this comapny a few months ago about spares for a Bike Box 2. They didn't have the exact pice in stock but researched and supplied the part from the prevous bike box. Brilliant service to help me and dispatch and delivery was very quick as well. Many thanks”

“Once upon a time, there was this bloke called Chris and he had a roofbox. When it was used, it served him very well until....it was left in a garage for 10+ years until a few weeks back, Chris thought "lets use it again". The problem with roofboxes is that whilst the roofbox is still good, the upright kits are different per car so the old kit will not fit....and in this time I had changed my car three times. So this left me in a bit of a predicament: 1. I had no idea if the current kit would (or could be made to) fit to the newest car (Spoiler: they couldn't) 2. Have any idea which kit I would need to fit my car as loads of websites (including Thules) are confusing...I jut want a "this one fits" answer Thankfully, one INCREDIBLY short phone call later, the correct upright fitting kit for my Thule Aerowing bars was "winging" its way (I'm sorry) to me from The Roof Box Company and my trusty old roofbox is again being used to transport everything and the kitchen sink up and down the country for holidays. Cheers guys”

“Purchased new roof bars having changed car. Couldn't release old bars and locking mechanism seized solid hence purchase of new bars whicj were easy to fit and adjust. Comes complete with a bag to keep fixing tool to hand in the boot.”

“I ordered a BUZZ RACK E-Scorpion 2 bike folding rack. The quality of this bike rack is excellent. It holds 2 large ebikes very well . The ramp is very useful. I have no doubt this will last years . It only takes 12 minutes to fit to the car and load the bikes on. The rack folds easily to put in the boot as well . I highly recommend.”

“Old version seat covers was better stitching. Stitching very poor come apart between back rest and seat. Had to stitch myself anyway not Box Companys folt there delivery was very good maybe seat cover factory need to know stitching is weak”
