“The company responded to my query promptly and was very knowledgeable about the product after I provided the specific details of my vehicle. Unlike a previous retailer, who only informed me after I had made my purchase that they did not recommend fitting roof bars to my car because it has a panoramic roof—even though it has factory mounting points—this company gave me accurate advice from the start. Their excellent customer service and product knowledge gave me confidence in my purchase, and I really appreciated their helpful support.”

“I purchased an E-bike tow bar based carrier. A lock was faulty and needed replacement barrel. Polly at customer services was exceptionally kind. A new lock was dispatched and reached me within 16 hours thus saving a weekend break. Thank you Polly and The Roof BOx company. The carrier works fine so far.”
