“Bit of a challenge to build it from flat pack, written instructions would be helpful alongside the pictorial ones. Easy to attach to tow bar, lock straps for the bike wheels somewhat fiddly but overall happy with this purchase”

“Racks and box were not received simultaneously. Box delivery was delayed. Seems to have been a short delivery of the black rubber seal for the racks. Experiencimg a high level of 'whistling' emanating from the assembly, whethe using the product un-laden or fully laden. Box key broke off when used on first occasion. A replacement was sent overnight, at no addtional cost (and with additional spare).”

“I purchased a Kamei roof box & Yakima rails from the roof box company recently. The detail on the website, the ease of use and competitve pricing meant I went ahead with my purchase. The products were easy to install & have been great, performed well consistently over a 6-8week period. Whilst the delivery was very prompt, the only slight negative was the attitude of the delivery driver, after my wife witnessed the driver dropping the package multiple times he was upset that we wanted to check the product over and essentially told us if it's damaged it wasn't his problem. Having contacted The Roof Box Company - They reassured us that they would rectify any damages and apologised for the attitude of the driver, thankfully no damage and I would recommend these products & The Roof Box Company to others.”
