“Nice box for the money. It did arrive damaged due to poor packaging, and if I’d had more time before needing to use it I might have refused it and returned it. But overall it’s a good solid roof box.”

“I just wish the person who recommended this on the phone to me had taken into account that I was disabled. I did say it to her. I was very new to it all. I needed something very easy for me to be able to use the one that turned up this is not the case and when the person who fitted the roof bars and put the box on it appeared that you have to slide the box across the roof bars on top of some rubber encased in the sliders very very difficult for someone who is disabled”

“Gone with 3 stars. My 1st experience in 2024 was fine. 2nd experience in April wasn’t great. Bought a kit to attach my bars to a 2nd car that were compatible with my bars. When they were delivered the screws supplied were 5mm too short so had to go out to Screwfix and buy my own for £8. Spoke to the company and they said they shipped the correct screws even after I provided photos showing the screws would not fit. Shame they didn’t offer to help or refund me a proportion to cover my additional costs. Won’t buy from here again.”

“Very good value and the roofbox supplied was great quality, fast delivery. A shame that the Cruz bars, though servicable, were not so good. 'Fitting kit' NOT included in the inclusive price, meaning I wasted time trying to understand why the final price was more than the inclusive price as advertised. That could be made much clearer. Included locks were omitted from delivery in error, but were subsequently supplied promptly on enquiry.”

“Purchase was fine. I was happy they sold me a decent roof bars for my Tesla. Not a lot of firms seem to stock these. The cycle roof racks were disappointing but perhaps I should have researched that more.”

“Good website with lots of detail and a good selection of products. The pre sales advice was okay, although didn't really go above and beyond to reach the top levels suggested they strive for. It was absolutely fine though. The after sales was disappointing, with my struggles to work out how to assemble the products pretty much passed off. Based on the promise of the excellent customer service I found it disappointing that they weren't able to provide clear assembly instructions, even though of course the manufacturer ones were their usual impossible matrix of diagrams and nonsense. If the company did some step by step videos that would really help most customers I'm sure”

“A great selection of roof bars, roof boxes and other such kit for your car. They’ve let themselves down by not wishing to exchange brand new, unopened and therefore unused roof bars that I wished to exchange. Hence, I won’t be using them again.”

“Great products but would have appreciated more help from customer services. I couldn't get my E-bike to fit on the ordered Atera Genio Pro bike rack. All I needed were the extra long frameholder straps but this got lost in a long reply talking about trying to use the second wheel tray and other mounting points. A quick phone call to Atera had the problem sorted. Most E-bikes these days have similar frame designs to this is surely not an issue confined to one manufacturer? Please put advice on the website regarding potentially needing long frameholder straps to accomodate the fatter frames of E-bikes.”

“Ordered a few roof bars over the years. Pretty good value. However, I emailed them a while ago when I required a spare part for a previous set of bars and they never replied which was pretty poor.”

“Swift response and good product, but unfortunately it was slightly damaged when received, which I assume was done either in a warehouse or in transit. I did not return the item due to its size and the cost to me to return it, but still disappointing all the same.”

“After telephone discussion with you I chose the Yakima roofbars due to their load bearing capacity . I’m disappointed that it’s difficult to get my Thule roofbox over the bars , due to the width of them , even when fully opened .”

“The company were very quick to get the seat covers set sent out.. I’m only giving three stars as the seat covers despite being specifically for my make & model of car.. front ones after wrestling them on.. the fabric is already stretching and breaking down? The back seat covers keep pinging off the seat and you can’t stop that as otherwise you can’t use the seatbelts?? I’m really disappointed with both the fit and quality of the product.. and wasn’t the cheapest either ? These covers do not do what they promise??”
