Roof bars arrived in a damaged box with a broken seal that had been retapped. The bars were dussty and covered in scuffs, two of the retaining hex bolts were stripped so couldn't tighten them down to the car. These bars are more than likely a customer return or second hand being passed off as new. I'll update this review when my issue is resolved. Such a let down.
