I bought an Atera Strada bike rack from The Roof Box Company over 3 years ago.
I had a problem with one of the fixing arms on Monday, two days ago.
I phoned their customer service and spoke to a very helpful guy, Ben.
We discussed the problem and I received a new replacement arm the next day, with full fixing instructions.
I had to phone again today, Wednesday, and again Ben could not have been more helpful.
Ist class!!
No queries on warranty or how long I had the cycle rack.
Superb! This is real customer service.
