“The bars are exactly what we needed. The only thing that let the company down was their couriers. Who said the bars had been delivered, which they hadn't causing much confusion and concern, then delivered the next day. We ordered on a tight timescale so the stress was not welcomed. I contacted the roof box company who tried their best to help. And were really pleasent and supportive. As i said its the couriers who let them down.”

“I've been using the Roof Box Company for years now. If you call them up they actually are able to answer detailed questions about their products. This roof rack is exactly as advertised, and very easy to install. I had an issue with a product recently and the Roof Box Company handled it as well as you can reasonably ask a company to deal with an issue. Hence the next time I needed a roof rack (this one) I bought it from them again.”
