“Great experience. Was able to identify the right compatible bars and connectors for my car, and particularly like the offer of selecting a reconditioned / previously opened box for a discounted option. Great set up!”

“Good feedback when purchasing the bike rack. Or so I thought. All of the four-bike Buzz Rack carriers have been designed with the same spacing configuration of 20cm–18cm–20cm. What this means is that the 2nd and 3rd bikes make contact with each other - 4 adult bikes with suspension (and peddles off/handlebars twisted). All because of the 2cm. It is on the schematic drawing but does make these racks surprisingly difficult to use - and a bit disingenuous of Roofbox to not be a bit more transparent. Secondly. I had a fault with this bike rack. The lights on one side stopped working on the second use. The advice was to find another tow bar to try it on and also to take it apart to locate the loose wire. Still on my list to now try to resolve and just a generally frustrating experience.”

“We've used this a couple of times over the summer and it's been really difficult to get this tight on the tow bar so it doesn't swing, on one occasion it swung the bikes right round and the handle bars were touching the window. I'm not too sure I trust it completely. The plastic handle which tightens the bolt is also starting to burr slightly as it was tightened so much.”
