Ordered roof racks ahead of bank holiday and May half term trip, but upon fitting them on the bank holiday Saturday, we realised they had sent the wrong fittings leaving our trip away in tatters with no roof box. Even worse, they didn't even make their supplier liable and compensate us, terrible customer service, stay away.
