“I purchased an E-bike tow bar based carrier. A lock was faulty and needed replacement barrel. Polly at customer services was exceptionally kind. “I have used Roof Box Ciompany previoulsy, and they have always been great, This time I was looking for a tow bar 2 bike carrier, but where the rear doors could be opended without removig the bikes. This was proving quite difficult. I have a 75 plate Autotrail Expedition 67 Flex, which is based on a Fiat Ducato. Roof Box Company suggested that the Atera Strada DL-3 may be the best choice for my requirements. The 3 version is better, as 2 bikes can be put on the furthest 2 racks, so that there is more room between the bike and the rear doors. I had a 1" spacer added when the tow-bar was fitted, just to give it a bit more space, and everything works like a dream. I haven't tried it with 3 bikes on, and I think that would be tight to get both doors open. The carrier is quite heavy, but it can only be fitted one way for safety, so it is well worth the little bit of fiddling to get it in place and locked onto the tow-bar, Once fittyed it is very solid, and when titlted back, the doors open fukl width with no problems. Again, the tilting is a little fiddly, but after a coiple of uses it becomes easier. The tie starps are very easy to fit, and hold the bikes securley. I find them a bit time consuming to remove to gwet the bikes off, but I prefer that than have the bikes lopse on the back. The service from The Roof Box Company was excellent. Good pricing, easy ordering, and very fast delivery. I am very happy with everything. I took some photos showing the bikes attached, and tilted, but I don't think that I can attch them for the review, but rest assured it does work on a Fiat Ducato motorhome allowing the doors to fully open. If I can find out that I can attach, then I will. The bikes are adult mountain/hybrid bikes.”

“good products competitively priced shame the most expensive and supposedly quietest bars are noisy with the roof box on ideally someone should have been aware these are not ideal for a T-Roc”
