“Overall it was a good transaction, but I was left slightly in the dark regarding the delivery process, it did quite a while for delivery from the date I ordered my roof box, but when I emailed I was informed when I would be getting my order, it did come on time, and because I ordered just before "bank holidays" I think it would have been sooner if not for me ordering a day or so before some "bank holidays".... Oooops”

“I ordered a roof box and bars but unfortunately they didn’t fit (my fault) the lady on the phone was very helpful and agreed that I could return them for a full refund even though the time to do it lapsed due to the cyber attack on JLR late last year they still excepted the refund and I received it all in full. I have previously purchased Thule bike racks boxes and bars for other cars and was very satisfied with my purchases. I would highly recommend”
