“The staff at Long Eaton Branch could not have been more helpful. My property purchase was dealt with promptly and without any problems. “The rental market in the Nottingham area is tough. The demand for properties is so high that any semi-decent house will get let eventually, no matter what. This means that, for the large majority of agencies, tenants matter next to zero: we are just numbers; if we don't rent a place, the person next in line will. Robert Ellis stand out as one of the very few agencies that do care about tenants as much as they care about landlords. They made me feel like an important part in the bargaining, as much as the landlord, and helped me get the property I liked in a very difficult period of the year for the market. They are honest, fair and competent. They usually market very nice properties too. What more could I ask ?”

“Charlotte made our move happen when it looked as if it might all fall through! She was brilliant! There were so many problems at the bottom end of the chain - as soon as one problem was sorted out another seemed to be waiting in the wings and Charlotte went beyond the call of duty to get us through a difficult and very stressful time. She was easy to talk to, helpful and calm in what felt like a crisis to us. She always had a smile and welcomed us into Robert Ellis Beeston, as did all other staff in the office. We are now happily settled in our new home in Surrey and looking forward to enjoying all that the area has to offer. Our grateful thanks to Charlotte for her part in helping us to achieve our dream.”

“When selling a property always use a local agent and use the best local one. You get what you pay for!! Robert Ellis were fabulous throughout from the initial appraisal to the sale despite one sale falling through a few days before exchange. I am not sure if its normal practice to assign one office staff to the client but I dealt with Debbie and she was very professional in her approach - always giving me updates and calling back when I left her a message. Would use them again”

“Mark had spent time with us prior to us even seeing a house or placing our house on the market, going through the various options and possibilities within our own house. When we then found the house we wanted, Mark with the help of Holly guided us through process. Unlike other estate agents, Mark discussed the possibilities around our sale and was open to listening to our ideas and opinions. House moving is a stressful experience, you need a good agent behind you providing the support and advice that we received from Robert Ellis. I've known the company for many years, and was again more than happy we chose to use them again.”

“The Stapleford branch of Robert Ellis were both efficient and professional. We listed our home with them at the end of August 2016 and it was sold within days. Debbie handled all sales and subsequent negociations for us. She offered us brilliant advice in regards to offers and progress. We were really happy with all the communication. They were far better than any of the other agents we were involved with (when viewing other properties). Although they weren't the cheapest agents to list with their professionalism, kindness and their extremely fast response rate totally made the costs worth while!! If and when we sell our next home we will absolutely be using them! Bug thank you again to all at Robert Ellis Stapleford; especially Debbie! X”

“The sales team at Long Eaton have been brilliant in managing a frustrating sale that seemed to take forever. They kept the pressure on and were quick to inform us of progress. Good communication was really important as we live in Scotland. We appreciated their friendly manner and professionalism. So, a huge THANK YOU especially to Caroline, Neill, Holly and Louise. P.S. “We originally bought our house through Robert Ellis and didnt have a secind thought when deciding who to sell it through and was pleased the house we decided to buy was also with them! Robert Ellis are by far the best estate agents I have dealt with. They are friendly and efficient and make what can be a stressful process much more pleasant and managable.
