“I have bought and sold a number of houses through Robert Ellis over the years in the East Midlands Area with prices ranging from circa £140k through to £350k plus. They have always performed and been great to deal with. Communication is key and the team are exceptional at keeping both the seller and the buyer involved. My understanding is that across Long Eaton, Beeston & Stapleford, Robert Ellis sell around 72% of all the properties that go to market therefore I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to choose to deal with Robert Ellis. They are an established estate agent and know the areas they serve like the back of their hands. Staff are always happy to help and truly efficient.”

“I am a student who needed somewhere pet friendly. Quite and ask for any landlord really and most of the other agencies in town dismissed me. But Laura found me a flat to view the very afternoon after I first went in and she also negotiated the cat for me too. My paperwork was swift to sort out and within a few weeks of first going in, I had my agreement and the key to my new flat! Great service.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Kept in touch by phone and text and no need to ask for updates as these were provided as a matter of course. I would strongly recommend Robert Ellis Long Eaton to anyone considering selling a property.”

“I was very please with the service with the branch at stapleford when we was letting from Robert Ellis for over 2 years. Any questions we had both Wendy and Abby they was always answered. We also sold a house through stapleford and Claire was also hopefully. I would recommend both letting and if you are selling a house.”

“Harriet has been delightful to deal with. To be honest my past enquiries with Robert Ellis agents had left me less than impressed so when I saw a fabulous property advertised I was interested in I was not looking forward to have to make arrangements with RE. However, Harriet has been fantastic, prompt in replying, addressed all my queries and swiftly moved along paperwork. Now that I got the keys of the house she has been highly efficient in clarifying further questions that came to mind. I could no be more pleased!”

“Guy, Harriet and Louise are always extremely helpful and efficient. Its all about team work and Guy should be very proud he has a wonderful team. Writing a review and saying thank you doesn't seem enough to express their fantastic service. Harriet is always bright and bubbly on the phone. I am extremely happy with their service and they will always go one step further for you, nothing is too much. I have also dealt with Abbey and she is so helpful. A wonderful team!”

“We urgently needed to find a new rental property, and after going in to the stapleford branch and speaking to Abbie she left us feeling a lot more hopeful with three properties to view the next day. Wendy who showed us round was very helpful and professional in her role. Within a week of applying for a property, we have already been given the keys. Abbie and Wendy are a credit to Robert Ellis and have gone above and beyond how we expected to be treated. I would highly recommend going to the stapleford Robert Ellis branch for a rental property, we cannot thank Abbie and Wendy enough!”

“We were very strapped for time to rent a property, we called in the Beeston branch and the girls were very helpful in finding us viewings at short notice. We found the right property for us which happened to be under the Stapleford branch and since then we have been very well looked after and all paperwork and preparation went through very quickly. Support was always available and Abbie and Wendy have been brilliant so far. We are in the third week of our tenancy and have settled almost immediately thanks to the help of Robert Ellis. So a big thank you to all of the lettings agents in the Beeston and Stapleford offices!”

“I have been looking for property for a few weeks now so have had various phone conversations with agencies. I contacted the Robert Ellis stapleford branch and spoke to Abbie, straight away the customer service was 10/10 and this continued throughout our conversation. We narrowed down exactly what I was looking for in a property and I was then given numerous options that are perfect for me. All together I would highly recommend Robert Ellis to anyone. “We were very happy with the service we received from Robert Ellis. They were especially great when we had a problem tenant a few years ago and were worth every penny they charged us. Even though we're now selling the property they used to manage for us, I have found Nicky in the Long Eaton residential lettings office to be extremely helpful and friendly when I've asked for information and advice. Nothing has been too much trouble for her; it's lovely to know that Robert Ellis go that extra mile for former customers as well as existing customers.”
