“We first put our house on the market in August 25 and finally are moving 29 May 26. Through all the ups and downs of a sale pulled out of at last minute Robert Ellis staff have acted with professionalism and great patience always treating us politely and encouragingly as well as always keeping us informed and responding quickly to questions They have been so good. Kind of like your own family would do. We highly recommend them”

“Beth was an absolute star!! Ive been stressing as this was our first house and Beth has helped me every step of the way. She kept me updated, happy and notified of everything that was going on. The call i got that the keys were ready for pickup and seeing her holding the keys with a big smile on her face was fantastic! Now im moving in during the heat and struggling to build the furniture with zero tools! Attached is the picture which says it all! Thankyou Robert Ellis and thankyou Beth!”

“I would like to thank Joely and Holly for their personalised approach and support they gave to me while selling my house. I felt they were both genuine and caring and helped me though what can be a stressful time. However with there support it was both relaxing and I was very impressed as to just how quickly my house was sold with them. “Our house sale has been long and drawn out with allsorts of different problems, but Mark and Dawn have been so patent with our endless questions and worries, helping us through it every step of the way. You can always guarantee that if you call the office your call gets answered and dealt with quickly.. The Long Eaton branch of Robert Ellis has been a pleasure to deal with they are lovely caring people. Highly recommended *****”
