“We recently used the services of Robert Ellis to sell our mothers house in Sandiacre. We sold within a fortnight and achieved a price which exceeded our expectation. Joely and Holly were brilliant throughout guiding us every step of the way and keeping us informed on the progress of the sale. The sale progressed smoothly and was completed in 11 weeks. “Robert Ellis were amazing during the whole sale process of our house from start to finish. They were honest & reliable, keeping us up to date the whole way through. Beth has been an absolute gem and the best support, checking in and getting answers for us when we felt we needed to move forward. “We had Holly supporting us during our house purchase, and she has been fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept us regularly updated and was proactive in chasing information when needed. “Beth has been a gem throughout our whole sale process, even keeping the chain alive at the end when there was a scare of someone pulling out. Always ready and available to answer any questions. Also a big thanks to Nathan who valued our property and advised throughout to process to help us get feet through the door for viewings. They are both a testament to the business. “So impressed with all the staff at Robert Ellis Long Eaton especially Mark Philpott & Caroline. After a complicated sale due to the house being in trust they made the process so much easier especially as we live far away. They were so kind & reassuring when I rang for updates and chased the solicitors for us. They showed potential buyers round which was an enormous relief. A wonderful team who I would certainly use again.”
