“After my father died in January I had to sell his house in Long Eaton. As I live in Scotland I thought this might be fraught with difficulties but I needn't have worried. Mark and his team at Robert Ellis in Long Eaton could not have provided a better service. They notified me by text or e-mail of every viewing and kept me informed at all times of any developments. They provided a professional and friendly service and I cannot praise them enough for the help and advice they gave me during a difficult time. Thank you once again Mark - Stephen Gill”

“Beth and the team at Robert Ellis have been brilliant in helping us to sell our house and buy our new forever home. Beth was always at the end of the phone to help deal with all my queries and always kept us up to date with progress. Beth was always so polite and happy that even when we were getting stressed she made us laugh. Would also like to thank Tom the mortgage man as he was great and ensured he got us the best deal and was very helpful in explaining it all. Thank you”

“Our house sale process was made so easy and stress free with the help from the staff at Stapleford, we were spoken to in a way which was easy to understand (no jargon just plain English), the staff in the office kept us updated all the way through the process and were always very polite and professional, I have a severe disability which affects my speech and the staff made me feel relaxed and gave me time to speak with out making me feel rushed. I would recommend this office to everyone they are all very helpful and professional at their jobs, thank you Debbie and the team for all your work and support during our house sale.”

“The common perception is that selling a house is stressful. Not with Robert Ellis. The whole process start to finish was handled professionally with great communication. Nathan and Beth dealt with my sale as if it was the only job on their desk. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to ensure a quick and easy transaction. “Beth was our contact point when purchasing our first home. The service and knowledge she supplied was fantastic. She guided us through it and was very informative. We were in a fairly big chain so a few issues. However Beth knew her job very well and kept us up to date at all times.
