“We used Robert Ellis on a recent house sale in Chilwell, and also on the related purchase in Bramcote and found them helpful, attentive and caring throughout the whole process. Our main dealings were with Paul Merritt and Charlotte Harris and despite some unusual complications that arose in the chain they helped to keep the chain intact and reassure us throughout the process. They also previously helped my parents in a house purchase in Toton earlier in the year (moving from Wales to Toton) and helped to make an emotional transition a smooth transaction and would highly recommend them!”

“Would like to say thank you to Beth at the Staplelford branch who helped my move go smoothly. She kept me informed re surveys and what needed to happen next. She always rang when she had promised to do so , even if she didn't have an update it would just be an acknowledgment of her promise to call. Highly recommend the team and a special thank you to a very friendly , helpful Beth.”

“A big thankyou to Holly and her team! We are now settled in our first home together. The communication with Robert Ellis was fantastic and they helped us every step of the way. It only took us 10 weeks from offer to exchange thanks to Holly and her team communicating with our solicitors. We were worried about how stressful it might be but luckily it wasnt, as alot of the stresses were taken away from us. Thanks to Holly and the team at Robert Ellis.”

“I would like to express my thanks to Dawn who dealt with my house sale in Long Eaton.After having to deal with one or two time wasters Dawn never lost hope of selling the property and at all times kept me informed of what was happening(whether it was good news or bad)!! “Overall, my experience when dealing with repairs hasn't been great. Had an ongoing issue since moving in which hasn't been dealt with - however, I contacted Robert Ellis via their social media and Neil was quick and dealt with emergency repairs so efficiently, I cannot thank him enough! He's been great at checking up on us to make sure the issue is resolved and has been incredible. Thank you so much Neil!”

“Absolutely awful service from the lettings repairs division. They take months to deal with any issues, don't keep in touch and don't keep to promises for call backs when you chase them. I've been waiting sincelast winter for them to send someone to unblock the gutters (they're bad enough that water cascades on to the window ledges and across the front door), and since July to sort the rotten garage door. Other repairs have also taken ages to get sorted in the past. AVOID AVOID AVOID!”

“We purchased our property through Robert Ellis. The conveyancing process uncovered a number of difficult issues that needed addressing. Robert Ellis helped us resolve them with a degree of creativity and we were grateful for there help in smoothing the path.
