“Our house sale has been long and drawn out with allsorts of different problems, but Mark and Dawn have been so patent with our endless questions and worries, helping us through it every step of the way. You can always guarantee that if you call the office your call gets answered and dealt with quickly.. “Recently sold my dad's house after his sad passing and although the process was complicated because of probate , the team at Robert Ellis were very supportive and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and I was informed of viewings and feedback constantly throughout the whole time until the property was sold. A big thank you to Louise and Joely for helping me through this process and who were always easy to contact in case of any issues. Also, thank you to Harry for showing potential buyers around the property and providing relevant information about the house and surrounding area. Selling a property is never easy but the team at Robert Ellis made it a lot easier. Many thanks.”

“Brilliant service , fast and efficient from start to finish, we dealt with Long Eaton branch . Louise showed us great customer service skills and was on it from the start , Harry showed us a few properties and showed ours … what a charming, friendly motivated young man .. he will go far . Thanks to Mike also who got us up and running with valuations and got us on the market, we all felt very much at ease with him . So a big thank you from us for looking after us and getting us to be where we are now .”

“We came to Robert Ellis as property buyers and found the property instrctions accurate and detailed, the Long Eaton staff actted promplty to questions and were supportive throughout whole purchase, from veiwing to key collection.
