“We have recently purchased a property through Robert Ellis Long Eaton and would like to say a huge thank you to Caroline Dunn. She is fantastic and a real credit to the company! Her communication and efficiency are second to none. Every bump in the road we came across, Caroline was there to smooth things out and make what could have been a very difficult process so much easier. “I recently bought a house through Robert Ellis. I was wary after having a less than ideal experience of trying to sell through them (hence the rating), but dealing with Leah for the purchase was a really positive experience. She was efficient, communicative and really helped to make the very stressful process easier, despite a few challenges with the chain. I would give 5 stars for Leah specifically if I could, for all of her support and friendly approach.”

“firstly ,thank you to all the staff. who are a pleasure to speak to and so helpfull, just seven weeks from the vaulation to photos, marketing and selling,with helpfull feedback from each viewing to keep myself up to date,it wasnt a mansion but you definetly treated myself and the process as though it was,i could not have wished for a better result,yours,chris stevenson.”

“We first put our house on the market in August 25 and finally are moving 29 May 26. Through all the ups and downs of a sale pulled out of at last minute Robert Ellis staff have acted with professionalism and great patience always treating us politely and encouragingly as well as always keeping us informed and responding quickly to questions They have been so good. Kind of like your own family would do. We highly recommend them”
