“Brilliant service , fast and efficient from start to finish, we dealt with Long Eaton branch . Louise showed us great customer service skills and was on it from the start , Harry showed us a few properties and showed ours … what a charming, friendly motivated young man .. he will go far . Thanks to Mike also who got us up and running with valuations and got us on the market, we all felt very much at ease with him . So a big thank you from us for looking after us and getting us to be where we are now .”

“We came to Robert Ellis as property buyers and found the property instrctions accurate and detailed, the Long Eaton staff actted promplty to questions and were supportive throughout whole purchase, from veiwing to key collection. Our contact, Holly Torr remained highly proffessional throughout what was a difficult and prolonged sale however, her approach, ensured a seamless transaction.”

“We would like to say a big 'thank you' to the team at Robert Ellis Long Eaton - especially Mark, Caroline and Dawn. From the outset we developed a good rapport with the team who organised the valuation and timely marketing with excellent advice on how to stage the house to best effect. Particular praise for Caroline for whom nothing was too much trouble. It was a great comfort to have a friendly, cheery and familiar voice at the end of the phone.
