“I was really impressed by the friendly and helpful approach Robert Ellis had to one of the most challenging situations in any person's life. I was able to call on their helpful staff at moments of doubt and they went out of their way to make sure that I have all information I needed.”

“Our sale and purchase were dealt with by Robert Ellis in a professional, efficient and supportive manner. The staff were always courteous, responsive and well informed throughout the whole process. We will certainly use Robert Ellis when necessary in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to decide which estate agent to chose from.”

“I wanted to comment on how helpful Holly at a Long Eaton's Robert Ellis has been. Holly went out of her way to help me secure an offer on a property, I was so fed up when I rang her with issues I was having and within a day I had my second offer accepted on a house I really loved from the first time I saw it. “Excellent service would be the way to commence this review. I have been looking for a suitable bungalow for about a year and hey presto I saw an advert and John took me round the next day. It was my Birthday and what a present I received. His lovely calm ambience and quick assistance, ability to take on board my comments and request at getting the valuer out to mine put me ahead of the game. Niall the valuer visited and within that first hour had already found a contact. The next day he negotiated and my house was sold. He achieved a compromise between us all in less than a morning and I was in line for the bungalow, a lifelong dream. I was allocated Louise who catered for my individual need. She kept me informed, chased solicitors and ensured I was supported all the way. I can only say I received a fantastic customer service based on my individual needs and within 10 weeks I was moved in and am now doing the hard work that makes your home yours. Thank you for a truly wonderful service I would recommend you to anyone. Sally Kirk”

“As a conveyancer I have worked with Robert Ellis for over 20 years and the service has always been excellent. They have always provided up to date information and we have worked as a team in the conveyancing transaction very well. “Phil and Tom discussed market values and we agreed on a slightly higher figure , and accepted an offer of the original suggested figure .3 viewings on the day that the property advertised in Beeston shop and of those 2 made firm offers. Once accepted all ran smoothly and completed within a few weeks to everyones satisfaction.”

“Robert Ellis were very accommodating in the initial stages when we decided to put our house in the market. We didn't have much time to get things sorted. We made an appointment for them to value the house and within 24 hours we had had the valuation, had photos taken, approved the description proof and the house was up on their website and rightmove. Marie in the Beeston branch then took over as our point of contact. She was fantastic and extremely efficient. Marie kept us well updated on any progress with viewings and feedback from clients. Once we had accepted an offer on the property her work still didn't stop ... Marie acted as the contact between ourselves and the buyer as we decided on extra fixtures and fittings we were willing to sell. We felt in safe hands with Robert Ellis and they were proactive in promoting and selling our property. Thank you very much to all the team involved, especially Marie!”

“Buying or Selling a house a house is really stressful ! but when something goes wrong or there is an issue, you or reliant on the estate agent to help you. The team at Robert Ellis have been excellent in helping to resolve issues that arose during my buying process. Their service is friendly and most importantly fair to both sides. They have also provided a list of local tradespersons which is a useful starting point with my renovation project.”

“This is not the first time I've bought & sold my property through Robert Ellis & the reason I keep returning to them is they are friendly, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and get the job done. My property was sold subject to contract within 2 weeks at a price that exceeded my expectations. The property I bought was not so easy but never once did the team at Robert Ellis give up and continued to negotiate the best possible deal for me. Perservance and patience on their part paid off & I'm settled in the property I wanted. The team always go that extra mile & help make a stressful process an enjoyable one.
