“Megan Riley at the Arnold branch valued and marketed our property for sale. We liked her straight away and felt comfortable with her guiding us through the process. “Robert Ellis recently helped us with the sale of our home. Within hours of calling, our for sale sign was up and our photos were booked in for 2 days time. Within around 10 days of it going online we had had I think 6 or so viewings and our home was officially sold. The whole process was incredibly efficient and the ladies at the office and who came to our home (Megan, Lauren & Sandra) absolutely lovely and made our first time selling a home so simple and straightforward. A special shout out to Sandra & Megan who had to put up with my incessant calling towards the end of our sale going through (we were eager to get to our new home haha!). Sandra was always happy to chase solicitors more than expected to, and helped us keep everything moving. We were in our new house just 8 weeks after going on the market which is a testament to their efficiency and being up for a challenge!! A big thank you to everyone at Robert Ellis Arnold☺️”

“From start to finish Robert Ellis have been extremely helpful! After many issues with the chain ever growing, Beth and her team were always calling to try and break it. With what felt like forever, she managed it somehow and we got to move into our first home. It was extremely convenient to move with Robert Ellis, we were able to sort our mortgage out with the wonderful Tom. The whole process was smooth, whilst it was a long process. Beth always kept me updated with what was happening. But the best call was to say pack up its happening!”

“We used Robert Ellis for the recent sale of our house, and had a very good experience. The initial process of valuation and photographs was very quick and efficient. Once on the market, communication from the team regarding viewings was excellent, and our house sold quickly. A big thank you to the whole team, and especially our point of contact Dawn. Dawn was always on hand with advice and to answer our questions, amd made the whole process as stress free as possible!”
