“I rented a house through the stapleford branch back in 2017 (march-november). In the past few days I have been contacted by a utilities company saying that I owed them money (misunderstanding on their part). I sought the help of Deanna Hall from the stapleford branch to talk to the utility company on my behalf and she did an amazing job. Found all of the paperwork and documentation that I needed and remained totally professional at all times. I was getting very stressed and anxious with the situation but she helped an awful lot. I couldn't recommend her, and the rest of the rental team's, services enough. Wendy West was equally as helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem and ensuring that we had left mo stone unturned. Thank you, very much.”

“I was most impressed by Daniel Burkey's prompt attendance at our agreed appointment, and by his professional manner throughout. I could tell I was in good hands! He also negotiated an excellent outcome for us over a disputed issue, which we had not expected to be possible, but for which we are most grateful. Robert Ellis have been our letting agents for around 8 years now. We have always found employees to be very efficient, communicative and professional, and would recommend them to anyone.”

“I was most impressed by Daniel Burkey yesterday - not only did he arrive earlier than the agreed appointment (unheard of these days, many people don't realize it's insulting to keep others waiting), but I found your manner and attitude most professional and helpful. As I said on the phone to you later, I felt I was in good hands! As for you having negotiated to retain the full amount of the deposit from the latest tenants - well I am thrilled, to put it mildly, I had been anticipating some resistance, and not expecting the outcome you've achieved. I can only conclude that you must have excellent negotiating skills. Robert Ellis have been my letting agents for around eight years now. I have always found your company and employees to be very helpful and communicative, and to act in the most professional mannor”

“we was a selling a property on behalf of our late uncle, Robert Ellis came out to see the property and was on time and very understanding to the property , we dealt with Debbie marlow how could not have done more for use, keeping use up to date with viewings and feed backs to help a quick sale and keep all prates happy to the end . thanks you for being a big part in the sale Debbie”

“I am really grateful for all the help I have had from Nicole and Holly in selling my Mother's house. It isn't always easy to follow things when you are working from a distance. Nicole and Holly have explained things to us and provided us with information to help us to make decisions. They have helped in negotiating with potential buyers and been supportive to my Mother and me. We were very pleased with the price.”

“I rang Robert Ellis as I had been ripped off by another landlord and had to find a new place to live in less than one week. I had found a property online which looked like it had potential. From the moment I spoke to Abbie she made the whole process simple, she made sure I had the forms in advance so I could bring them completed to the viewing, processed them the next day and I from viewing on a Tuesday evening I signed the tenancy and moved in on the Friday morning. Everything went extremely smoothly, Abbie kept me updated every step of the way and was genuinely lovely and helpful.”
