“Big thanks to Amy and Emily from the Stapleford office for making my move a joy. They did this by getting back to me when they said they would, not always the case with letting companies. “Excellent service, let my property within a week. The process went extremely smoothly, even when my own gas engineer let me down to produce a boiler service certificate, Robert Ellis came to the rescue and sent out an engineer at short notice to resolve so the tenants could move in on the agreed date. Special thanks Wendy and her team at the Stapleford branch!”

“I would just like to say a big thank you to Robert Ellis and especially Clare& Jane at 11 Derby Road, Long Eaton, Notts, NG10 letting branch. Having previously being let down by a competitor with poor customer service along the journey and poor communication and assistance. It was refreshing to deal with Robert Ellis the staff were friendly , very helpful, polite, professional and dealt with all the matters I raised and helped and supported me through the process I felt wasn’t left alone at a stressful time I was always kept informed at every stage of the process and the best result was obtained for both the landlord and myself my application, which I must say was processed through”

“I was very satisfied with the sale of my mother's house. The sales team took care with the marketing, showed viewers around the house, and kept us up to date with feedback. Things went so well, we had an offer on the house within 8 days. Marie Denham, who dealt with the sale, managed to increase the offer to our satisfaction. All went well, Marie answered all our queries about the sale promptly and liaised with the solicitors efficiently. I would definitely recommend Robert Ellis Estate Agents.”

“We decided to use Robert Ellis to sell our property because of their local knowledge and expertise. We bought the house through them, and they were excellent to deal with: professional, courteous, and very helpful. So far, the experience has been the same, with excellent advice from Philip Burton, and conscientious help from Jodie Nash who made sure the add was to our liking. We highly recommend Robert Ellis.”

“So I recently moved to Nottingham from London and needed to find a home asap. After getting in touch with Robert Ellis stapleford branch they were able to help me out, they were easy to talk to and didn't mind all of my hundred questions. I had been in constant contact with the them. Wendy & Emily are exceptional and accomadateing in every way. I would recommend them to anyone. Their nice , happy to help and know the area really well and one of my favourite things about them is that they contact me back asap whether it's a silly question or something serious about housing . They found me the perfect home and I can't thank them enough”

“Joe was very professional. The viewing was informative, well planned and delivered. A stark contrast to my experience with other estate agents recently. Unfortunately the property was unsuitable and disappointing as the condition was very poor and the reception rooms very small for the rental price.”

“My Wife and I would recommend Robert Ellis to Sell and buy your property. From start to finish they will look after you. I have dealt with Robert Ellis before, so we are dealing with them again. Tom came to view the property and gave me a valuation of property which I thought was a fair price at this moment in time. Then Jodie did the brochure and website layout for my approval. I have had personal contact with the Manager Paul and he will answer any questions that you may have. I also feel his advise is very honest. All the staff who deal with at Robert Ellis are very friendly, efficient and professional. I feel very happy to rate them 5 Stars.”
