“I've been very impressed with Robert Ellis Beeston branch during the recent sale of my property. They conducted the viewings, and kept me informed every step of the way. The sale wasn't straight forward, but Sam Broomhill, in particular, was great at chasing up the chain, and I now miss our regular chats! The rest of the office were equally as helpful, especially Paul and Philip when problems arose. I would definitely recommend using Robert Ellis.”

“We sold our property via Robert Ellis Stapleford. We were very happy with the level of timely communication and assistance Debbie Marlow brought to the whole process. She was very responsive to our questions and follow-ups. She liased well with the buyer. We would be happy to recommend them to anyone. “I visited the Robert Ellis Branch in Beeston to sign a 12 month tenancy agreement and the process was very efficient and simple. Abbie Murphy handled our enquiry from start to finish. She was very welcoming throughout, really helpful in the process and answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. I would recommend Robert Ellis to anyone looking to rent or buy a property in Nottingham.”

“I was so very happy with Debbie who was absolutely first rate keeping us informed at every step of our purchase. She went above and beyond to negotiate with all the solicitors, our vendor and buyer. Without her expertise I don't think we would have achieved the outcome we have - she is first rate and a credit to the company.”

“The team at Robert Ellis have been most professional and helpful throughout the whole process of selling the house. Philip started by helping price a unique property and then Melanie and Karen sorted out all the viewings and price negotiations. We have been kept well informed at all times and given help in sorting out some of the problems that occurred during the sale at the last minute. A really personal service and highly recommended combined with expert local knowledge.”

“I have recently bought a property and then let it, both through the Stapleford offices of Robert Ellis. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The sales staff were excellent during the buying process, and the lettings staff equally good when we marketed the property for rent. They were professional at all times, yet friendly and approachable. There were difficulties in the process, as there always are with property, but they were dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. Communication has always been excellent. I'm very pleased with the service received and have already recommended them to others.”
