“There were a few misunderstandings by the agent at the start of the process, but Robert Ellis promptly sorted these out. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but in particular, Karianne, who kept us fully informed and helped with all aspects of buying and selling.”

I would like to mention Beth in particular, who has been my contact throughout the process of selling my house and assisted in helping with pushing for my mortgage on my new property. “Many thanks to Karianne who was efficient, helpful and supportive during a recent move from a three bedroom house into a small bungalow. “Couldn't have asked for a better service from Abbie Murphy herself & Robert Ellis Estate agents. When we initially found a property Robert Ellis were letting out that we really liked, we wanted to try and get this property sorted as soon as possible. After informing Abbie of issues that we have had with other properties (through other estate agents) when trying to arrange viewings, application forms and so on, we couldn't have a had a quicker response from her regards to our queries about the property, arranging a house viewing, providing us with application forms, carrying out checks required and thus informing us that the application had been accepted, then providing setting us up to liaise with the Landlord. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother with it only taking a matter of days from initially seeing the property online, to having our application accepted. Will recommend the individual and company to friends in the future. Thanks for all your help.”
