“I am really grateful for all the help I have had from Nicole and Holly in selling my Mother's house. It isn't always easy to follow things when you are working from a distance. Nicole and Holly have explained things to us and provided us with information to help us to make decisions. They have helped in negotiating with potential buyers and been supportive to my Mother and me. We were very pleased with the price.”

“I rang Robert Ellis as I had been ripped off by another landlord and had to find a new place to live in less than one week. I had found a property online which looked like it had potential. From the moment I spoke to Abbie she made the whole process simple, she made sure I had the forms in advance so I could bring them completed to the viewing, processed them the next day and I from viewing on a Tuesday evening I signed the tenancy and moved in on the Friday morning. Everything went extremely smoothly, Abbie kept me updated every step of the way and was genuinely lovely and helpful.”

“I have recently rented a property with Robert Ellis and I can honestly say it was the easiest of moves. Amy at the Stapleford branch was with me all the way and always answered the phone when I called. Her email communication was also excellent. The viewings were booked and the letting agent turned up on time at each viewing which was fab! The referencing went through quick and when I went to sign up Amy did all this with me within about 20 mins (she wasn't rushing me). When I got to my new property it had been cleaned to a very high standard and I felt I could just move in no worries. Thanks Amy and all at Robert Ellis”

“Tom Shaw was absolutely outstanding on helping us sell our home, he was attentive and went above and beyond his job roll in dealing with questions, contacting solicitors and giving advice whenever it was needed. Thank you for helping us sell our home and make our move so much easier!! Would highly recommend this company for selling your homes 5 stars from us!!”

“The quality of service from Robert Ellis was amazing. They were extremely easy to deal with and very responsive to enquiries. As a first time home buyer in the UK they made the process straight forward. I particularly liked that they were able to support with the complete transaction and the many different aspects from helping find mortgage support to gardeners once the transaction was completed. As an overseas buyer it was further complicated and difficult and was made much easier by Mark Philpott in particular.”
