“On the 23/12/2016 our boiler kept starting up then knocking of ,so I rang RIGHTO told them what the trouble was they sent a engineer out later on who was Lee Kelsall job No 5477603 Smashing fella wouldn't go until he had put the new pump in which was a new type for my boiler he would not go till he had fixed the pump he had to take boiler cover of to do the job he was at our house till after 12pm , I would recommend RIGHTO for any boiler work How many boiler engineers would do that ?? Thank you Lee”

“My hot tap pipe had pulled out of the tap fitting filling the bathroom floor with hot water going everywhere. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes of the call but required other parts for the bath drainage connections due to a previous plumber poor install (non-Rightio plumber). I could not fault the plumber, he knew what he was doing a did a great job.”

“First phonecall about 4.30 pm,told plumber would phone within 30 mins nothing until getting on for 6 informed suppliers were closing so would call back at 9am next day, pointed out this was too late for me so agreed 8am. No phone calls at all until 12 noon, when I was told plumber was on his way. Pointed out I had already resorted the job and told them not to bother turning up. Incidentally during the 6pm call on the previous day the price was reduced from £129 to £99 how does that work. Company is a waste of space do not use!!!”

“Prompt response to request on telephone regarding a leak advised their Engineering Department would contact me within 30 minutes and they did with a time for the plumber. (2 hours from my initial call) They also rang later to say caught in traffic and delay 15 minutes. Sure enough turned up at revised time. After assessing the problem a length of pipe was replaced in just over the hour with no mess, Cost and charges advised on phone prior to agreement payment details given so no need to pay plumber. All very quick and efficient would recommend.”

“We tried to increase our boiler heat this afternoon as the wind was chilly, but we only managed to break it some how. Problem - no heating and no hot water. We found Rightio online, spoke to a pleasant young man on the telephone, we explained the problem and he told me that their man would be with me in a few hours. True to their word, a nice man called Michael arrived and got us back up and running with a temporary fix. He returned the next day with the required parts and now we are snug again.”

“The pipes were making a very loud noise disturbing our neighbors. We didn’t know how to fix it or quieten it. I had to take the day off work. The plumber arrived 20 minutes after my call. He had the replacement part and knew the problem instantly. He fitted a new part and sorted the problem.”
