“had a plumber come out to fit my washing machine.when he left it started leaking,,phoned him over the next few days but said his van was broken. leak got worse so phoned rightio, customer service was first class, 1 hour later an engineer was at my door and within the hour the leak was fixed. mick the engineer was polite, clean, and professional. top service.thanks mick.”

“job reference 5832651.the drain that takes the water from the guttering was blocked for ages, recent heavy rain made me decide to get it cleared. called rightio who sent their drainage engineer mick to sort out the problem. within 1 hour problem solved. thanks rightio.”

“Excellent service, the friendly plumber arrived within two hours of our telephone call, and he completed the boiler repair work within the same day. The engineer took the time to understand our problem and explained everything so we were confident that he was able to solve our problem. Very professional outfit and very grateful to have our heating and hot water back to normal for the weekend. Thank you”

“Unreliable. The electrician has failed to turn up twice - on both days I took time off work. Rightio said sorry but did not ever keep me up to date on when the electrician would arrive. When I phoned to cancel the job I was told Rightio can only book work, not cancel it and I would have to do so directly with the electricians dept - who were 'engaged', Rightio seem to have little control of their contractors and limited appreciation of basic customer service.”

“The plumber arrived on time and did an excellent job He left the area cleaner and tidier than when he came and was all round first class. “Locksmith turned up and without waiting for a key holder to be there opened the door and left with the burglar alarm going. To my knowledge, as I wasn’t there he didn’t t check the lock. A very expensive service which left my property vulnerable.”

“I just want to say I big thank you to Kamil (engineer no: 5787) for doing a sterling job on fixing our leak under the kitchen sink. My wife and I were unsure whether the tape seal or the pipes were to blame for the heavy leak however, Kamil rose to the challenge and fixed the issue with no problem what so ever and within the first hourly cost... even though under our sink was very awkward to get to - A+ Kamil and thank you again.”
